Lucas Landscape Maintenance

Trading since 2013

Local people. Lasting landscapes.

Lucas Landscape Maintenance Ltd is family run, with over a decade in landscaping. A team of two to six, large enough to maintain demanding grounds, local enough that clients know who is coming.

The story

Over a decade in landscaping.

Lucas Landscape Maintenance was initially set up by director Josh Lucas as a sole trader in 2013, after studying horticulture and landscaping at Hadlow College near Tonbridge.

This was under the guidance and advice of his father Sam Lucas, who was very successful within the construction industry and a role model to many. He sadly passed away in 2022.

From the start, high standards and professionalism were always a main factor, and this has been carried on as the business has grown into what it is today. Whether it is a small garden tidy-up or a large landscaping and maintenance contract, the standard remains the same throughout.

Based near Cranbrook in Kent, we cover Kent, East Sussex and the Surrey border, as well as travelling further afield for larger contracts.

The fleet

Machines matched to the ground.

Ride-on mowers, a tractor with a flail collector, tippers and a box trailer. The right machine for the terrain is usually the difference between a good finish and a rutted one.
