Commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance
Landscaping and grounds contracts that run without chasing.
Scheduled maintenance for schools, estates, property groups and business parks, with one point of contact and a fixed rota. Landscaping and fencing for homes, new developments and sites across the South East.

What we do
Written into a contract, to an agreed specification.
Each contract is written to an individual specification agreed with the client, and commercial grounds maintenance and landscaping contracts are carried out on time and on budget. We agree the schedule and scope of work in writing and follow it across the contract.
You get one contact who knows the site, not a call centre. Attendance, access arrangements and site rules are set up when work commences on the agreed start date.
A team is usually two to six people, depending on the job, so a site gets the size of crew it needs on the day.

Common questions
Questions we get about contracts.
How are contracts priced?
Per site, after a site visit. Scope, frequency and access all move the number, so we do not quote commercial grounds without walking them first.
Can you work outside site hours?
Yes. Schools and occupied sites often need early starts or holiday-period working, which we build into the rota rather than treating as an extra.
Who is our point of contact?
One named contact who knows the site. Attendance records and any variations go through the same person.
How quickly can you walk the site?
We reply to enquiries the same working day. A site visit is usually within the same week. The contract is priced after that visit, not before.
What about insurance and method statements?
Our public and employers' liability cover is set out in the credentials section above. Risk assessments and method statements are supplied before work starts.
